The Cosby Show star is a free man after The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office ruled that "too much time has passed" since the alleged rapes, eight years ago and the other five decades old.
Cosby faced prosecution for an assault back in 1965, when his alleged victim was just 17.
She claims he "forced her to have sexual intercourse" at a Hollywood home after plying her with alcohol at a jazz club beforehand.
The more recent allegation from 2008 was also dropped as prosecutors binned the report that Cosby assaulted a then 18-year-old, who claims he spiked her drink at the Playboy Mansion.
While the verdict comes a surprise – considering the sheer volume of women who have spoken out – it seems evidence linking Cosby to his 2008 victim is lacking.
Investigators failed to find images of Chloe Goins and the comedian after combing through CCTV footage from the Midsummer Night's Dream Party at Hugh Hefner's pad.
Speaking about the decision, Cosby's lawyer Chris Tayback said: "We are satisfied that the Los Angeles DA's Office fully and fairly evaluated all the facts, and came to the right conclusion."
Back in 2014, supermodel Janice Dickinson revealed Cosby had allegedly drugged then molested her, speaking on Entertainment Tonight about how she had woken up without pyjamas and found "semen between my legs".
He is currently released on bail, which was set at $1million, with his January 14 preliminary hearing having been postponed due to defense lawyers seeking more time to prepare.Constand first sued Cosby back in 2005, later settling for an undisclosed sum.
However, the case was reopened after the 50+ women came forward, just before the statute of limitations was set to expire (cut-off point to file a case).
