Justice Ahmed Mohammed announced the decision on Wednesday in Abuja after Mr. Kanu objected to the case, saying it was needless, as the federal government had repeatedly disobeyed previous court rulings.

Man, 32, In Court For Alleged Rape Of 18-year-old

According to News Agency of Nigeria, a 32 year old James Adamu, who allegedly raped an 18-year-old woman in Ota, Ogun, on Monday appeared before an Ota Magistrates’ Court.
The suspected rapist has, however, been admitted to a bail of N100, 000 with one surety in like sum.
Adamu, who resides at No. 10, Bello Close, Olokomeji Ijoko in Ota, is facing a charge of rape.
