Twitter reacts as Danny Welbeck scores late winner for Arsenal against Leicester

Danny Welbeck's first Arsenal appearance since April last year proved to be well worth the wait with the striker coming off the bench to score a late winner against title rivals Leicester City on Sunday.

His goal, a glancing header from Mesut Ozil's 90th minute free-kick, confirmed a 2-1 victory for the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium which closed the gap at the top of Premier league table to just two points.

Arsenal fans have since set social media abuzz with tributes for the England international, who joined the club from Manchester United for an eyebrow raising £16million fee in the summer of 2014.
