LOL!!! Men in Kentucky might need permission slips from their wives to buy Viagra

A politician in Kentucky wants men to get permission from their wives before purchasing Viagra.
Her theory? It's all to do with "family values".
Nurse and Democrat representative Mary Lou Marzian has introduced a bill that could force men who suffer with erectile dysfunction to see their doctor twice as well as obtaining a note from their spouse before being given the drug.

"I want to protect these men from themselves".
Speaking to WDRB she also illustrated that the proposed bill would require someone seeking Viagra, Cialis, Levitra or Avanafil to "make a sworn statement with his hand on a Bible that he will only use a prescription for a drug for erectile dysfunction when having sexual relations with his current spouse."
The bill comes after State governor Matt Bevin signed a bill meaning women must consult a doctor at least 24 hours before an abortion.
Marzian was just one of three members who voted against the bill.
She said:
"I started thinking, ‘How would this body of men feel if the government was injecting [itself] into their private medical decisions"
