Horror in Lagos as middle-aged man commits suicide

Less than 48  hours after a police officer attached to Safer Highway Patrol committed suicide at the Nigerian Police Training School, Ikeja, Lagos, an unknown  man has hung himself on a mango tree in Amuwo Odofin area of the state.

The middle-aged man was found at about 7a.m. yesterday, dangling from the tree at a deserted plot of land in Uche Edemenu Street, Prayer Estate, Amuwo-Odofin, with his luggage beneath the tree.
Social workers from State Environmental Health Monitoring Unit, SHEMU, and a police officer from Festac Divisional Headquarters were at the scene evacuating the corpse according to Vanguard.
When contacted, spokesperson of Lagos State Police Command, Mr. Joe Offor, said he would get back to Vanguard, but had not done so at press time.
Depression? Things are hard. Nigeria is hard too. RIP Man
