3 African men docked over money doubling scam in Ajman United Arab Emirates

3 African men have been arrested over money doubling scam in Ajman United Arab Emirates. 

According Khaleej Times, the suspects offered to pay Dh3.1 million to a shop owner to buy 30 heavy trucks.The two suspects - A.J, 30 and R.A. from Cameron - told the victim that they will come to UAE to finalise the purchasing deal

Ajman Police confirmed they arrested three African men who duped people saying that they can double their money using black magic.
Speaking to Colonel Saif Al Matroushi, Director of Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at Ajman Police confirmed they received a complaint from the owner of a used car showroom in Ajman which led to the arrest of three African men who duped people saying that they can double their money using black magic..

The complainant, a Pakistani national told them that he had been scammed by two Africans, who sent him an email seeking to buy 30 heavy trucks from his shop. They requested him to send video of the trucks with details and promised to come with $3.1million.
The suspects convinced the showroom owner that they needed Dh350,000 to buy material to double the money.

The suspect R.A. told the owner to put the cash at the showroom safe and then he would take the key from the owner after all the deal is finalised.

Suspecting their motives, the car owner checked his safe and found papers covered with $100 bills. The police formed team and arrested the men who confessed their crime and referred to public prosecution.
