A 25-year old armed robbery suspect has told operatives of the Rapid
Response Squad of the Lagos State Police Command how his gang robbed
about 35 Automated Teller Machine users in Alaba Rago Market, Ojo area
of Lagos., the police said.
Gbenga Babatunde, who was arrested after a failed bid to rob a lady
who withdrew an unspecified amount of money around 5:48 a.m. at an ATM
point in Alaba Rago Market, was chased by the operatives patrolling the
area.

India busts Uchenna, a Nigerian heroine dealer
India’s Delhi Police Crime Branch claimed to have busted in two
incidents, two drug trafficking modules with the arrest of three drug
traffickers, including a Nigerian.
The accused were identified as Uchenna (28), from Nigeria, Indian Ajay (33) and his associate Naresh Kumar (39), from Mohan Garden in west Delhi’s Uttam Nagar.

Nigerian drug pusher battles 11 Indian cops
It took 11 Indian policemen to subdue and arrest a Nigerian drug
pusher near a garden at MiniSeashore in Mumbai, in the Indian state
of Maharashtra.
According to a report by The Times of India, the accused, Nwafor Igwe
Chima, was found in possession of 263 gm of methaqualone powder also
called as ‘MD rock’, worth around Rs 5.26 lakh(about $8,000), on
Thursday night.

Man kills wife, daughter in Abuja

Nigerian salesman is jailed for 10 years for raping a British teacher on New Year's day

Online Scam -11 Nigerians Discovered in Home
An online scam which robbed over $23,000 from a victim in Kentucky has
led to a man in Prince Georges County. When a search warrant was
executed
Wednesday, 11 individuals from Nigeria were identified inside the
residence.

A Nigerian and a Slovakian arrested in Rome with cocaine in socks
A Nigerian and a Slovak using Dubai airport as transit point have
been arrested at Rome’s Fiumicino airport for trying to smuggle cocaine
into Italy.
The 19-year-old Slovak was caught with two kilos (4.4 pounds) of cocaine stashed in a false bottom of his suitcase. He had departed from Rio de Janeiro and had a flight transfer in Dubai.

A 32-year-old South African woman has been arrested by police officers at the OR Tambo International Airport South Africa.

Nigerian arrested in drug racket in India and Cyprus
The Cyberabad police on Wednesday
arrested two persons including a Nigerian national and seized 44 grams
of the narcotic drug mephedrone.

Man absconds after allegedly killing wife in Lagos
A woman named Ronke Bewaji Shonde was allegedly beaten to death by her husband, Lekan Shonde.
Ronke lived with her husband and 2 kids at Tiemo Crescent off Awori street in Egbeda, Lagos state, and that was where she was beaten to death by Lekan.
