A full investigation has been launched into the inappropriate use of the Merseyside Police Twitter account about tweets of shocking joke about RAPE at Goodison Park stadium

Mersyside Police  have been blasted for making a joke about RAPE after Everton's brutal 6-2 thrashing of Sunderland today.
