A murder probe has been launched after a woman was found dead at a home in Uxbridge. The woman, believed to be in her 50s, was found unresponsive by
paramedics at an address in Ivybridge Close at 5.10pm on Wednesday,
November 11.
She was found to be suffering from what police described as “serious
injuries” and was pronounced dead at the scene a short while later.
A Metropolitan Police Service spokesman said officers are in the process of informing the woman’s next-of-kin.
Formal identification and a post-mortem examination will take place in due course. A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and a
second man, a 58-year-old, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an
offender.
Both men remain in custody at separate west London police stations this morning.
