Dozens of passengers injured after high-speed train derails in USA

A train carrying 128 passengers from Los Angeles to Chicago has derailed. The Amtrak train came off the tracks around 20 miles west of Dodge City in Kansas in the early hours of Monday morning.
Emergency services were sent to the scene to help passengers off the crashed coaches.
A total of five the coaches tipped over.

Around 20 people were injured in the incident. A statement from Amtrak said: "Just after midnight CT, Amtrak Train 4, the Southwest Chief operating from Los Angeles to Chiacgo, derailed some cars approximately 20 miles west of Dodge City, Kansas, on BNSF track.

"There were approximately 128 passengers and 14 crew members on board. Local emergency responders are on the scene and an investigation is ongoing."
None of the passengers suffered life-threatening injuries.
A passenger told American broadcaster CBS News many people were injured.
