Dancer opens a twerking academy to help boost women's self confidence

Argentinean dancer has founded her own twerking academy in a bid to boost women's confidence. Natalia Cardenas has opened the Twerk It Queen Academy for £2 per hour for a twerking lesson 

As the footage shows 20-year-old Natalia Cardenas is showing everyone how shaking your booty can keep you fit.

Shaking: Twerking can boost your confidence, says the organiser 

Natalia said: "It helps elongation, develops sexuality, it’s the equivalent of a legs workout.

"It’s a very sensual dance that all women love. I’ve got students from 14 to 30 years old." The cost is 2,000 Chilean Pesos (about £2) per two-hour class and goes up to 10,000 Chilean Pesos (£10) for a whole course.

One student, Montserrat Martinez, said: "It was really great, we do our training, but we also let go of all this female fear of needing to be sexy ."
