Chest pain. Heart attack. Early signs and warnings!

According to the American Heart Association, heart attack is the leading killer in men. And the CDC says that heart attack accounts for 1 in every 4 deaths in the United States is caused by heart disease.

More than half of those who die from heart disease are men.Part of the reason why heart attacks kill so many men is because the initial symptoms are often ignored as just “not feeling well. Since the warning signs aren’t very dramatic, most people do not see the signs and go on about their lives not realizing that their lives are about to change.

The good news though is that there are numerous warning signs that a heart attack is probably coming. And if more men knew these warning signs and had them checked out by their doctors, it’s possible that the number of heart related deaths would plummet.

1.Discomfort in the chest: The problem with this symptom is that while it’s obvious, it’s also possible to experience for less dramatic reasons.Because a man may think that the discomfort is from a pulled muscle, or from exercise shortness of breath, they often ignore this.

2. Feeling Tired: According to Men's World Journal, if you are feeling tired for no apparent reason can be an early warning signal of an impending attack. If this feeling goes on for more than one day for no obvious reason, see you GP.Even if it turns out that you’re just run down from stress, knowing for sure can lessen overall stress and help prevent stress from triggering an attack.

3. Unexplainable Aches and pains: If you’re experiencing what you think is dental pain, see your dentist because he can rule out dental issues and send you to the emergency room sooner. If you have any type of ache in either arm that happens with any sort of pressure in the chest area, see a doctor immediately. You can also have random pains in the back usually in the upper back.
