Naomi Campbell spotted using a wheelchair

45-year-old Naomi Campbell is in such a bad way she needs a hip replacement as soon as possible.

Naturally the supermodel is not too impressed with the situation but blames "wear and tear" for the injury.
She arrived at the UK premiere of The Danish Girl relying on a cane to support her.

But she was in so much pain Naomi wasn't able to walk down the red carpet or attend the afterparty.

Sources also confirmed she arrivied on a wheelchair at a recent London party.

A guest at this week’s Leicester Square movie gala revealed: “Naomi had to hobble in through the back door to avoid being pictured.

“She was openly telling other guests she may need a hip replacement.“She said her injury was down to wear and tear".
