Dunga names Brazil squad for Copa America- Chelsea Mifielder Oscar not included

Brazil coach Dunga has already made up his mind and submitted the final 23-man list instead of 40 man provisional list.
One wonders what was the point of naming 17 extra names for less than a week, without even a training camp or a group meeting or something outwardly obvious that would've helped him make these cuts.

In any case, among the victims of the cut is one-half of Chelsea's dynamic Brazilian duo, Oscar.

Willian, as expected, has been named in the final squad as he bids to do nothing else but play football this summer with his commitments at the Copa and then, probably, at the Olympics in Rio later as well (alongside Neymar).  Former Chelsea man Filipe Luís also makes the cut.
