The spray-gun blitz – which also affected other houses on a swanky road in Worsley, Greater Manchester, took place overnight.
The two-foot high words sprayed in white paint on the Giggs’ front fence included 'Cheat', 'Welsh c***', 'T***' and 'MCFC'.
Another piece of graffiti read 'was she worth it'.On the property next door was sprayed 'Giggs is a Cheat' and 'Giggs c***'.
All over: Ryan Giggs is facing one of the largest sporting divorce payouts in British history – after his wife Stacey (picture together) left after he 'flirted' with 32-year-old Kate Greville (right) |
Further along the road other £750,000-plus properties had similar obscenities scrawled on their walls.
A Greater Manchester Police officer was in attendance at the home as the clean-up began today.
He and his wife reportedly split up with him three months ago because she feared he might cheat again.
Giggs’
family-man image was left in tatters five years ago when he tried to
hush up an affair with model and Big Brother contestant Imogen Thomas.
The
former footballer secured an injunction to stop his name being made
public – despite his identity being common knowledge online.
It
then emerged that he had been sleeping with Natasha, his brother’s
wife. The affair apparently began in 2003 and continued while Stacey was
pregnant with their children, now aged ten and 13.
Giggs
even paid Natasha £500 to abort his child weeks before she married his
brother. Mrs Giggs apparently forgave her husband after the revelations.
