The 21-year-old PFA Team of the Year defender took to Twitter to challenge the 29-year-old Jamaican to a sprint following a series of proposed showdowns over the past few months.
The link between the two sprinters first came into the spotlight after Arsenal announced that Hector Bellerin had broken the 40m sprint record at the club previously held by Theo Walcott and maestro Thierry Henry.
With the timings out in public, it was natural for people to compare Bellerin to the 'world's fastest man' Usain Bolt and it showed that the 21-year-old is actually faster than the Olympic gold medallist in the 40m sprint.
Bellerin, however, is not giving up so easily challenging the Jamaican on Twitter.
