Female porn star Amber Rayne, who accused James Deen of rape, found dead

A post-mortem is to be carried out on a high profile adult film actress after she died in her sleep, aged 31.

Amber Rayne, who retired last year after playing in nearly 500 porn films over a decade, died at her home in Sun Valley, near Los Angeles, at the weekend.

Her death was first reported by AVN, a website specialising in the porn industry. Los Angeles’ medical examiner’s office is believed to be investigating her death.

She made headlines last year when she joined a growing list of actresses to accuse James Deen, a male porn star, of rape.
