Creepy!!! Check out this video..Can you identify the creature?

In a video posted on Live Leak website, the poseter Masterofworlds, claimed to have found it underneath a fresh water stream.

He said : 

Just saw the shell moving as I blazed a doobie, and turned out to be a creature from hell. whell, what do ya know!

He can survive underwater and in the air. He builds the shell, a personal home from rocks that he likes. 

I could tell he had a mind of his own because as he chose the nicest and smallest rocks to glue somehow??? Maybe a spit he makes. watch my metal video please.
