Roma star Radja Nainggolan does not want to join Chelsea, according to Italian sources.

The Blues have been heavily linked with the midfield enforcer and a summer swoop looked on the cards.

It's thought Antonio Conte was weighing up a £28m swoop for the Belgium international. But according to Italian newspaper La Repubblica, Nainggolan is not fussed about leaving Roma.

He joined the club from Cagliari in 2014 and penned a new five-year contract only last summer.

Nainggolan, 27, is also a regular member of Roma manager Luciano Spalletti's side and the Serie A giants are reluctant to sell.

Germany international Antonio Rudiger

The combative ace has notched 13 yellow cards and one red in 40 appearances for club and country this season.

Chelsea have also been linked with Germany international Antonio Rudiger who is on loan at the Rome based outfit.
