A lecturer in public health at the London School of Hygiene and
Tropical Medicine was stabbed to death outside his home in Holloway,
North London.
Doctor Jeroen Ensink, died shortly after the vicious attack, which took place on Tuesday afternoon.
Neighbours described how the knife man threatened to kill himself after the attack, and how Dr Ensink shouted "that's him" minutes after the attack as he attempted to flee.

Members of the public and the police then chase the man along Hilldrop Crescent before he was tasered and arrested.
Femi Nandap, 22, appeared before Highbury Corner Magistrates Court earlier today charged with his murder.

A neighbour, who did not wish to be named, described how people came from their homes to try and help.
Nandap, 22, of Woolwich, south east London, was remanded in custody and is next due to appear at the Old Bailey on January 4th.
Dr Ensink, who is originally from the Netherlands, was an expert in
sanitation and water management, and worked in a large number of
developing countries including Ethiopia, Senegal, Vietnam, Afghanistan
and Sri Lanka.
