US couple accused of holding Nigerian nanny captive for two years

A statement from the Federal Bureau of Investigation alleges that Chudy and Sandra Nsobundu, 56 and 50, respectively, were detained on Monday on charges of forced labor, withholding documents, conspiracy to harbour an illegal immigrant and visa fraud.
Federal authorities have arrested a Texas, United States of America husband and wife for allegedly forcing a 38-year-old Nigeria national to care for their five children over a two-year-period and never paying her.

2 Nigerian nationals held from Pune for duping Goregaon woman of Rs 1.2 lakh

The Mumbai cyber police solved a case within 20 days of the FIR being filed, with the arrest of two Nigerian nationals from Pune for duping a Goregaon-based 22-year-old by ‘promising’ her a job in the USA.
 Police found templates of fraudulent matrimonial and job profiles from the four laptops confiscated from the duo, using which they conned people online.

NDLEA nabs 14 traffickers, uncovers cocaine in drug packs

The Bayelsa State Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency says its operatives have arrested 14 suspected drug traffickers in different parts of Yenagoa and its surrounding communities.
The command also said it seized a total of 7.1499 kilogrammes of different narcotic drugs including cocaine.

West tweeted the answer to the T.L.O.P. riddle -- he challenged fans to guess what the initials stood for -- and it's "The Life Of Pablo." He also released the final track list for the record which comes out on Thursday.
Pablo could refer to famed drug cartel leader Pablo Escobar, who 'Ye mentions in his new track with Kendrick Lamar ... "No More Parties in L.A."

Osinbajo’s first tenure as acting president ends as Buhari resumes work

President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday resumed work at the State House in Abuja after a six-day vacation, a statement by his office said Thursday.
In compliance with Section 145 (1) of the Nigerian Constitution, the president has sent a formal notice of his resumption to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, his spokesperson, Femi Adesina, said in the statement.
